Agreement Terms and Conditions A £50.00 deposit is required to secure the date. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation and must be paid to L Thompson, 56-00-36, 39273997 at the time of booking. The remaining balance of all outstanding fees owed must be paid at-least 14 days prior to the wedding date. The deposit is deducted from the full balance which leaves £350 remaining to pay on or before 10/08/24 which incudes upto 6 hours of coverage and digital images uploaded to an online gallery for clients to view and download. Images will be available to view and download from a private Client gallery within 42 days of the event. Clients will have 14 days after the gallery is delivered to make Lo Thompson Photography aware of any issue, discrepancy or technical problem regarding their photos. The package price includes digital images uploaded to a private online gallery. Lo Thompson Photography retains the exclusive right to copy, edit and distribute any images created under this agreement, including but not limited to: advertising, marketing and sales. All images must not to be edited after receiving them which includes adding filters to images during upload to social media platforms. Any request for unedited images or RAW files will be denied. Lo Thompson Photography has the right to terminate the session with no refund of any payments received if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behaviour. Lo Thompson Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or do not cooperate during the event and cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond their control. Lo Thompson Photography is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Upon receipt of the files, the client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Lo Thompson Photography does not permanently archive image files. It is the Clients responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. If Lo Thompson Photography should be unable to provide the goods and services outlined to the client when the booking was made, they agree to refund any fees paid by the Client and shall have no further liability with regards to this contract. This limitation of liability applies to illness or injury where the photographer cannot supply the wedding services, loss or damage to footage, photographs or other materials.
